4 cups icing‐sugar mixture
1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
2/3 cup milk
20g butter, melted
2 cups shredded coconut
350g Menz GIANT FruChocs (Grate or finely chop)

Instructions Cut cake into 30 by 3cm pieces.
Sift icing‐sugar mixture and cocoa together into a large, heatproof bowl. Stir in milk and butter. Mix until smooth.
Place over a saucepan of simmering water and heat gently, stirring,
until sugar dissolves and mixture is of coating consistency.
Using
a fork, dip cake pieces into chocolate icing. Drain off excess and
roll in combined coconut and grated FruChocs mix to coat.
Place on a wire rack and leave to set. Store in an airtight container. |
