culinary world and to taste a broad range of regional specialty wines.
The entertaining gourmet weekend features Western Australian, national and international chefs and food personalities, who will prepare truffle - themed dishes for a variety of learning and dining experiences.

· Long Table Truffle Luncheon each day courses chef - prepared and matched with Watershed Premium Wines.
· Award - winning chef Alain Fabregues and special guests presenting the signature Truffle Masterclass.
